Chris and Phil made us feel at home from the moment we arrived, and the facilities and cleanliness were both 100%. It's a fantastic hotel and great value without giving up quality. A real credit to the owners. Thanks for a lovely stay, guys. See you again.

The room was spot on, and the whole hotel is clearly looked after. It may be the cleanest, best-kept place I've stayed in in Skegness. The people running it were lovely, breakfast was good, and they even found a spot on site for my van. Had a lovely stay and will definitely use it again.

The breakfast was cooked just right, and the room was spotless, with fresh bedding and towels. Christine and Phil gave us such a warm, friendly welcome, and nothing was too much trouble. There was off-road parking, and the hotel is close to the amenities. We'll definitely stay again and recommend it to friends and family.

A few days in Skegness is easy from here, with the clock tower and beach just a 2-3 minute walk away. Our room was clean and nice, and breakfast was really good. Phil and Christine were great hosts, from sorting out the booking and parking to serving breakfast and simply being lovely people. Good value too, and we plan to come back.

Phil and Christine were so welcoming, and nothing was too much trouble during our couple of days there. The room was beautifully clean and tastefully decorated. Breakfast is worth the cost and gives you a good start to the day. It felt like a home from home. I can't praise the hotel, Phil and Chris enough.
