My mum had a pleasant two-night stay. She said the staff were very friendly, and her room was clean and comfortable, just right for her visit. The bathroom was the one drawback: it was quite small, and she thought taller or larger people might struggle to use it comfortably.

Room 9 was so spacious, clean, tidy and modern, with everything we needed. I’d love a bedroom like that at home, LOL. We came for my birthday weekend in September, and the breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice, including continental options to help yourself to. Kat was a great hostess and remembered both our housekeeping requests and our breakfast orders for the next morning. We briefly met Adam when we left; he was friendly too and glad we’d enjoyed our stay. Thanks for a really enjoyable weekend. You have an amazing place, and we hope to return in May.

The food was VERY good and Kat's lovely. I stayed two nights in a single room at the beginning of July '25, and the location was brilliant. I’d stay again. The only reason for four stars is that some of the decor could do with a revamp, though it must be hard to keep up with such a large B&B.

The breakfast was cooked to order and really tasty, and the price was very reasonable. It’s close to everything Skegness has to offer. The staff were friendly and easy to approach. Our room was clean, smelled wonderful and was nicely decorated, with a comfortable bed and a spacious, clean shower. The whole place was spotless.
