This was our second stay here with our two little teacup Yorkies. The landlady is very nice and helpful. If guests are rude to her, maybe she could be rude back, just saying. We’ll definitely come again. Thank you.

The manager, Janet, is a special person who never makes you feel like anything is too much trouble. The hotel was lovely and clean, and breakfast was great. I can't fault my stay.

Breakfast was a pleasure and the room was perfect. It's an amazing little hotel with great prices, easy to get to, and brilliant hosts. There’s decent parking, and the seafront in Skegness isn’t far away.

Jan, who runs the B&B, is lovely and works hard to keep it going. It was clean and tidy, breakfast was good, and the location is handy for the town centre.

Jan went out of her way to make sure we seniors were looked after, and families got the same care. I can't fault the place. Book directly with the hotel by phone, not through agencies.
