The place is immaculate and has a homely feel, with lovely rooms and a bed I wanted to stay in longer. The host is so welcoming and friendly, and really can't do enough for you. It's only a short walk to the main attractions. Just wonderful, and I'll definitely stay again.

We booked a twin room for one night through booking.com for £61. It was quite large, with a double bed and a single, plus a big bathroom with a shower. The room was very clean and had a fan and portable mini fridge, which was great in the warm 25+ Deg C weather. The table lamps beside each bed have USB charging points, handy for charging phones overnight. The host was very friendly and went above and beyond to help with our needs. Breakfast was another £7 each, with cereals, fruit, a freshly cooked full English and plenty of toast. There were ketchup and brown sauce sachets on the table, along with little scissors to open them, a nice touch. There's a small bar downstairs, with chilled beer cans for £2.50 and good-quality white wine for £12, both very reasonably priced. Front parking is limited, but there's a private car park at the rear that's locked overnight. It's about a 10-minute walk to Skegness centre and 15 minutes to the train station. We'll definitely stay again.

We booked late and told them we'd be arriving extremely late. They called to check how we were getting on and stayed up for us. When we arrived, they helped us park, offered tea and coffee, and showed us to our room. For £55, we were amazed at how nice it was. A lovely little B&B, and we'd definitely return. Please support this business.

The rooms were very clean and the bed was super comfortable, and we got a friendly welcome at check-in. The location is great, just a short walk from the beach and shops. We stayed only one night, but I'd choose it again if I'm in the area. The owners were so nice that they gave me a bottle of water when I checked out, which was very welcome on a hot day.
