The room was clean and spacious, and the facilities matched the description. The owners communicated clearly and well. It’s in a good spot at the bottom of the main street. I’ll definitely use it again.

I really liked the location, next to the city shops, and the spacious room and bathroom. The staff were great. Housekeeping came each day around 3pm to clean and restock the fridge and continental breakfast. I thought the selection was fab: fruit, croissant, brioche, juice, oats and breakfast biscuits. There was plenty of coffee, decaf and tea bags at the tea station too. The wardrobe had lots of space and hangers. I keep everything in my case, so didn’t use it, and I didn’t need the many drawers either, though they might suit people staying longer or with others. The new mattress was comfy, one of the best I’ve slept on. The TV was a decent size, with a Sky Box and DVD player. My room had a bath but no shower, though other rooms have showers. It wasn’t a big issue, I managed fine. The heating was very powerful and didn’t need to be on for more than five minutes. The skylight had a nice view, and breakfast was very nice. On my last night I could hear the fun atmosphere of the bar across the road and a live band. It wasn’t too loud, and it was nice having live music in the background. I can’t wait to return and will definitely recommend the place. Thank you so much.

Breakfast was a real highlight: our room came with a continental one, and we opted for a lovely cooked breakfast for just £6.50 each. We could park for free right outside, and the place is very central in town. The only drawback for me was the sloping ceiling in our room. I'm not very tall, but still couldn't get on with it.

The room was spotless and the bed was comfortable. We had parking right outside, and the location is handy for the town centre. Continental breakfast is included, with a cooked option for an extra charge. Great value.
