White Hall Farm

We stayed for two nights, 30 - 31 July 2021, and slept better than we have in ages. The bed and bedding were sumptuous, and the room and en-suite were wow, wow and more. There’s even a private parterre garden. The huge walk-in overhead shower isn’t for me since I don’t want to wet my hair every time, and there was no shower cap. Still, the roll-top bath by the big shuttered window overlooking the garden turned out to be a delight, a bath with a view. In hindsight I’m glad I didn’t have a cap, or I might have missed that. Sara, her family and their gorgeous dog Percy were so helpful and accommodating. We’ll definitely return. You won’t be disappointed.

White Hall Farm has a special charm despite being an old property, and it’s very clean and well looked after. The location is quiet and peaceful, with a charming kitchen garden. As a visitor from abroad, I felt like I was experiencing real England. The owner was very polite. I’d recommend a stay here, I don’t think anyone would be disappointed.

Set out in the countryside, this 15th century farmhouse B&B is quiet, with no noise or light pollution, and we slept wonderfully. The bed was huge and so comfortable, like a cloud. There are only two rooms, so the attention and service are excellent. Our room was very large with a spacious ensuite, and breakfast was excellent too.
