The room was basic, but comfortable. It’s a really good hotel for the local area, with lovely decor that makes it feel inviting. There was soft music playing, and it smelled delightful as we came in.

We had the Aston Suite on Friday 25/10/2024, and it was beautiful, immaculate, and just right for our stay. My sister and I especially liked the self-catering setup. There’s an allocated cupboard and fridge where you can put your groceries. We’d highly recommend it.

Debbie is a great host, and I feel she’s got everything just right at the lovely New Talbot Hotel. As returning guests, we were just as happy with the hotel as we were on our last visit. Our room was great and had all we needed. The bed was extremely comfortable, the shower was brilliant, and there’s ample guest parking, which is a must for me.

My room at the new talbot felt like home, and it was comfortable and immaculate. The kitchen area was superb, with everything needed to cook a full meal. The place looks newly refurbished, is immaculately clean, and has nice decor and a good feel to it. It’s also well placed for local amenities. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

We could walk straight to the town centre in about six minutes, so the location was perfect. I stayed at The New Talbot Hotel with a couple of friends for the weekend, and we were really pleased with the comfort of the room, how friendly the owners were, and how clean the property was. The self-catering idea is wonderful and refreshing, and made it feel like a home from home. The decor was gorgeous too. Thanks for a lovely experience. 110% recommend! :-)
