Top Floor Apartment in South Parade Pier

Months after paying in advance, I was told at the last minute that my room was cancelled because of a “pricing Error.” They simply cancelled it, with no chance to discuss it, and didn't even offer to process a refund. My guess is greed, perhaps they sold the room twice for a big event. Book at your peril. You could be left without a room when it's too late to find another. I'm just glad I paid by credit card. Beyond poor.
