The beds were fantastic, and the place was quiet and warm. We were pleasantly surprised by the stay. The room was a good size, even though it felt like a small studio to me, and it was refreshed, clean, and comfortable. Great location too. I'd recommend it to friends and will definitely come back.

The little kitchenette made good use of its space, with cutlery, crockery, glasses, a kettle, cooker and sink. The ensuite had a lovely big shower with plenty of hot water, and a great hair dryer. I stayed in a clean, tastefully decorated room with one single and one double bed. My only tiny gripe was the tea bags, a bit weak for my liking since I prefer builder's tea.

Breakfast was really nice, and the owners were friendly. The house and bedroom were lovely for the price. They offered us a luxury room, but we were more than happy with the one we had. I'd definitely stay again.

Room 9 had just been renovated, and the king-size bed was VERY COMFORTABLE. There was a TV, kettle, mini fridge, tea, coffee, sugar, milk, and all the facilities. Really good place for an affordable price. If I'm in the area again, I'll definitely book here! 😉👍

Wayne was really helpful when our friends locked their room key inside, just 10 minutes after we arrived. We were in room 9, which had plenty of space. Nice stay for the night, close to shops, bars and the pier with its fun fair. Would definitely recommend!
