Thanks, Karmary! Staying here gave us a real taste of local Cornish life. We felt welcome and valued as guests, and I'd recommend the place and happily stay again.

Sarah and her husband were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, and Sarah took time to chat with the guests. The food was high quality, too. The place was spotless and the service was right on point. Amazing stay in St Austell, it felt like home. I'll be back to see them, and highly recommend it.

A quiet neighbourhood, excellent breakfast, and a handy spot close to the bus, train and town. Sara made me feel very welcome. Thank you.

The proprietors were excellent and made me feel very welcome. Breakfast had plenty of variety, and the fried option was especially good. The accommodation was excellent too.
