The cottage is small but far from tiny, with a separate kitchen, a good-sized shower room, and a lounge spacious enough for our two big dogs. The secure outdoor space was lovely, and it’s nicely fitted with good-quality furniture and appliances. Parking is a little tight, though it wasn’t a big issue. You can walk from the door along a nice path to the coast and beach. It’s a quirky barn conversion in a great location, and we’d happily return.

Abysmal place, an absolute dump. The kitchen had no cooker, draining board, or washing machine, and there were no net curtains, so no privacy. The garden was just a 12 x 12 patch of grass. There was no room inside and zero storage, with no proper wardrobe in the tiny bedroom. The TV sat at a 45 degree angle to the sofa, so we had to crane our necks to watch. After the first night of our booked six-night stay, we bailed out, left the key, and found somewhere else. We texted the owner to say we'd left; the only reply was, "oh dear, thanks for letting us know, hope you find something better suited to your needs." Basically, "thanks for the four hundred quid, see you." They didn't even ask what the problems were.
