We spent Christmas 25 here, from the 23rd to the 27th, and the staff from reception to the bar and serving team were fantastic. We had a lovely room and were given a free upgrade, as only 3 guests were staying over Christmas. We ate every meal at the hotel, including Christmas dinner on the 25th. Everything was excellent, tasty, hot when it arrived and served on time. There was plenty of choice on the menu. Thanks to everyone for looking after us this Christmas.

Breakfast was the best part of our three-night stay, especially being able to choose a cooked option from the menu. Lunch and dinner are served too, and the food was excellent. Our room was clean, the bed comfortable, and the shower was good. We'd happily come back.

The Sunday roast was generous and absolutely delicious, and there were several dessert choices made with tasty seasonal ingredients. Everyone was welcoming and friendly. I'll definitely return when I'm nearby.

Breakfast had plenty of choice and was lovely. The people working there were lovely too. It's close to the high street and around 10 minutes from Eden Project. You can order food, or just relax at the bar.
