L'Horizon Beach Hotel & Spa

Every team member was warm, welcoming and genuinely helpful. Nothing seemed too much trouble, and their care made the whole stay feel special. At L’Horizon Beach Hotel & Spa, the rooms were spotless, the facilities excellent and the atmosphere wonderfully relaxing. Everything went perfectly from beginning to end. Highly recommended, and I'll definitely return.

January meant some museums, shops and cafes were closed for the season, and shops shut at 4pm. Coming from London, I wasn't used to that. Still, I found plenty to keep me occupied for four days, and it's a good reason to visit again. When I do, I'll be staying at L’Horizon. The bus stop right outside is super convenient for St Helier and other places. Tony, Shianne and Ethan at the front desk helped me make the most of Jersey, suggesting places to visit and explaining the bus routes. The breakfast was a great start to each day, with a continental buffet and hot dishes you can order at your table. The lounge had lots of lovely food throughout the day, and room service was great and efficient. The breakfast menu is on the hand picked website. The service from the breakfast and bar staff and their colleagues was wonderful. I had the most wonderful solo stay at L’Horizon, right on the beach in a stunning setting. My sea-view room was gorgeous and cozy, and the bed and pillows were the most comfortable I've had in any hotel. I slept deeply every night. The soft bathrobe was lovely, and the bathroom seemed recently renovated, clean and modern. A handheld shower in the bath, a night light by the bathroom mirror and another bedside socket would have been nice. The single one was taken by the lamp, but those are minor gripes. A huge thank you to all the staff for making my stay wonderful. Hope to see you again!

Everything felt seamless and relaxing because the stay was so well managed. The staff were attentive, friendly and ready to help with anything I needed, and their genuine care and attention to detail stood out. From the moment I arrived at L’Horizon Beach & Spa Hotel in Jersey, they went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and welcome. One of the best service experiences I've ever had. An amazing stay, and I'd highly recommend it for the service and a memorable visit.

We came back for our third annual visit, and had another great week. The reception, restaurant and housekeeping teams were all warm and welcoming. The breakfast buffet is amazing and very high standard. The hotel's right by the sea on a beautiful sandy bay, across the promenade. At high tide the waves crash against the promenade wall, and it feels as if you're on a cruise ship. This hotel is superb in every way, and once you've stayed here, you won't want to stay anywhere else on the island. Thank you!
