After a long trek, it was nice to get such a friendly welcome from Chris, the really pleasant lady on arrival. The room was basic but clean, with a comfy bed and a choice of pillows. I’d brought noise-cancelling headphones but didn’t need them. And I’m not “foreign”, so I guess I must have beaten the system...
The bed was comfy and the bathroom was okay, but the place badly needs fresh paint, new carpets and furniture. Apparently a refurbishment is coming, though it should have been done already. For what we paid, it was only worth about half the price.
A lovely, peaceful place with a big room. Slept well 😴💘
Avoid this place. The hotel isn’t open to the public, and you only find out when you arrive and try to check in. That’s what happened to us.
Vincent is a kind and wonderful person. He’s very good.
