The apartment was so tidy, spacious and clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay with children. Staff were very accommodating, helping us with a baby gate and high chair, and the welcome hamper was lovely. We also had an hour in the onsite hot tub, which was amazing. The pool is offsite, but it was a great way to spend a rainy day. The walk to the beach was lovely too. We stayed five nights with our two young children and had the best time. The apartment felt like home, and the staff were so welcoming and always available to help. I usually find it hard to feel comfortable when travelling, but not here. We loved it and would come back if we visit st Ives again. We'd recommend it to friends and family.

The staff were friendly and very helpful, and the whole stay was a great experience. We spent three nights in a lovely suite at the Treloyhan, high above St Ives, so it was peaceful. Town was only a 15-minute walk away, with the beach even closer. The suite was wonderful, with a large dining and sitting room, a very modern kitchen with Miele appliances, a comfortable bedroom and lots of wardrobe space. We wished we could have stayed longer. Highly recommended.

The reception ladies were so welcoming and knew their stuff. We stayed in room1 over the BHW, a beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean suite with one bed, and there was a great welcome hamper too. It's just a short walk to the coastal path and to St Ives or Carbis Bay. We won't hesitate to come back.

From our last-minute booking to the final goodbye, we had an amazing long weekend at Treloyhan Manor and made some lovely memories. The staff were all friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. The beautiful rooms and suites have a VIP touch, with everything needed to dine in or head out into St Ives. It's a very short walk down the hill, and the harbour view halfway down is spectacular by day and lit up at night. The place feels special, cosy, comfy and quiet. You can book the optional hot tub areas in advance for a small fee. We took our own plastic glasses and a bottle of bubbles, and enjoyed the heat lamp cabin with its sea view. What's not to love!

We needed an unplanned night here because of an unforeseen pet emergency. The staff were wonderful, welcoming, kind and supportive. The suite was absolutely stunning, and its fantastic sea view was the cherry on top.
