I had such a lovely time at this B&B and am still thinking about the stay. Arthur greeting me each morning was the best part of the day! Julie and Justin are warm, lovely hosts, and gave me great ideas for things to see and do around St Ives and further afield. Breakfast was delicious with loads of choice. My room was clean, cosy and tastefully decorated, with lots of thoughtful touches. It's in a quieter spot, but an easy walk to the beaches, restaurants and the heart of St Ives. Thanks again Julie, Justin and Arthur. I hope to come back someday. Rhiannah

We had a great three-night break at this guest house. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with lots of thoughtful touches, and Julie's breakfasts were outstanding, with plenty of homemade options. Justin, Julie and Arthur the dog gave us a warm welcome to the beautifully decorated accommodation. It's centrally located but quiet, with an easy stroll into St Ives for its pubs, bars and restaurants.

We'd definitely stay here again. The Olive Branch is a lovely B&B for a long weekend in St Ives, and Julie and Justin are such friendly, remarkable hosts. Breakfast was delicious, and their hospitality felt heartfelt. Thanks for the lovely stay and chats.

Julie, Justin and Arthur made us feel so welcome, and breakfast was a perfect start to each day. We had a fabulous stay at the Olive Branch. Our room was comfortable and lovely, with a brilliant view and a juliet balcony. We'll definitely be back!
