The room was compact and small, but it had everything we needed. We didn't have an en-suite, though they offered us our own private shower room just across the landing. The hosts checked our arrival time in advance and, knowing there were two of us travelling together, offered two duvets since they didn't have single beds. It worked perfectly. The bedding and towels were lovely quality and pristine white. We had cereal, yogurt and freshly prepared fruit, followed by a tasty, beautifully served full English. There were plenty of other breakfast choices too, all highly recommended by the other guests. The house has lovely sea views and is close to Tate and the other local attractions. We'd happily recommend this gem in St. Ives.

The breakfast was amazing, with a huge menu to choose from, and Charlotte and Gavin couldn't have made our stay any better. Nothing was too much trouble for them. We stayed in room 5 at Tregony Guest House from 2nd November to 4th November 2025. Looking out over the sea was amazing, and the room was lovely, very clean and had everything we could wish for. Well done to you both. Kind regards, Di & Chris.

Charlotte and Gavin went above and beyond as hosts, and kept our room spotless. We spent a week in room 3, which had a fantastic room and breathtaking view. The hospitality tray had top quality items, including luxury hot chocolate that my son loved. Breakfast had a good selection and everything was top quality. The ensuite also had a large towel radiator, great for drying wet costumes and things. Thanks for a lovely stay. We'll definitely recommend your guesthouse to everyone. Graeme, Steph and Daniel

My daughter called the lovely, clean room so cozy, and she was right. A lovely family, tasty food and a comfortable stay. Thank you so much for making it comfy for me. I'd definitely visit you again.

Charlotte and Gavin, thank you for a lovely stay. The place was fantastic, very clean and in a great location, and the breakfast was fantastic too. We'd definitely recommend it. Best wishes, Anthony and Rita.
