We had a lovely four-day Xmas package with Les Rocquettes. The staff were kind and friendly and made us feel cared for and at home. There were generous extras every day, including wine pairing, gin tasting, buffet lunches, and treats in our rooms and at our tables. The food was excellent and interesting, and the bar prices were reasonable. We also went on the boat trip to Herm and joined the quiz. The health suite was clean and lovely to use, with a pool, sauna, steam room, and a nice hot jacuzzi. We couldn’t have asked for more.

We had a very comfortable room and a superb bed. The food was excellent, and the staff were friendly and attentive, regularly checking the area to make sure everything was in order.

The staff were extremely welcoming and polite, with special mention for Sarah in the bar and the tall Scottish lad in the restaurant, sorry, I’ve forgotten his name. The service was very efficient and the hotel was excellent. My only slight niggle was the General Manager, who didn’t interact with us at all. A simple good morning would have been enough to make him feel more customer-friendly.

The food in the restaurant was incredible, the spa facilities superb, and the staff were incredibly friendly. We also liked the classy decor, and the hotel was clean and tidy, with a great smell in our room. It was nice to see the soaps, shampoos, and other toiletries were locally sourced. I’ve just returned from Remembrance Weekend at Les Rocquettes with my youngest Daughter. It was our first trip to Guernsey, and the hotel made it fantastic. We’re planning to visit the island again as a family and will definitely stay there.

The room was spotlessly clean, though it could use refurbishment. The decor seemed to date from around the 1960s, and some of the soft furnishings were threadbare. There was plenty of free parking at both the front and rear. The restaurant food and service were great, and the staff were friendly and amenable. Facilities included a gym, swimming pool with hot tub, steam room, and sauna. I stayed for a long weekend in October while attending a Masonic Meeting on the Saturday. It’s a very nice hotel.
