The kids’ zone entertainers were brilliant and made the holiday fun and memorable. We also enjoyed the pool, the entertainment, and a great meal at the American diner, which was reasonably priced. The hotel is beautiful, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and gave great service. My only issues were the lack of a fridge in the room and no air con, especially as we were there during a heatwave. Thanks for having us.

My son absolutely loved his flowrider session. It cost £25 for 2 hours, and with just four people in the group, instead of the possible 10, everyone got plenty of time to surf. The instructor was excellent and made it a really special activity for my autistic son. We also spent time at the aquapark, where everything was tidy and well maintained. I can’t fault the hotel or staff, everyone was helpful and well mannered. I’d thoroughly recommend staying here if you’re planning a visit to Jersey.

This was our third year in a row here. The Aquadome is a real bonus, and the facilities and staff are excellent. The rooms are well appointed, though they don’t have AC. There’s a good range of dining choices and the food is good. It’s just outside town, but an easy walk, with buses serving the area well.

I wasn’t sure about Jersey as a holiday destination before this trip, but our stay with my son changed my mind completely. We’ll definitely be back. The restaurant and reception teams made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived, and everything ran smoothly. Staff were attentive and made sure we were served promptly. Ian at reception took time to have proper conversations with guests, which added a personal touch. Richard, David, Mac, John and restaurant manager Peter were all warm, personable and fantastic. The restaurant manager’s leadership clearly helps the team provide such a high level of service. They made the trip special and memorable. Thank you!

We had our best weekend at this beautiful hotel, and will definitely return. We were here for the Northern Soul Weekender, and the all-inclusive stay was just what we wanted. The staff were incredible, always smiling and ready to help, and it’s clear they work extremely hard. There was a lovely selection of food for everyone. The location is excellent too. My only issue was the bedroom mattress, which felt too hard, so I asked for extra duvets to sleep on top of it. My partner had no trouble with it and slept like a very loud snoring baby. I’d highly recommend the hotel.
