Longacre is in a lovely, quiet spot in the Devon countryside, with the sights still easy to reach. The owner was pleasant and had some good suggestions for places to visit and eat. He also made a delicious breakfast. Our accommodation was excellent, spacious, clean, and comfortable. My wife especially liked the thoughtful little fridge in the room, and we appreciated that it was very dog friendly. We were very pleased with our first stay.

It’s a quiet village area surrounded by working farmland, so take care on the very narrow lanes, especially around corners where tractors may be coming. We’d definitely stay at Longacre B&B again if we’re in the area. Our bedroom was large, with plenty of room for our things, and the bathroom and shower were nice, too. The owner was welcoming and pleasant, and made us a fantastic breakfast to start the morning. A really nice place to stay.
