I booked a room in Stevenage through Booking.com and feel this company defrauded me. I was charged additional amounts I consider unlawful, and the manager Abdul openly abused me. I reported it to the police and council.

Hillcrest Lodge was clean, inexpensive and cheerful, with a shared bathroom and amenities. There was also a kitchen and garden guests could use. It’s on a quiet street with free parking on the street, and entry codes for the doors worked fine. We’d gone to Knebworth for a gig to see Kasabian and Liam Gallagher. It was a ten-minute drive from the venue, or roughly a 40-minute walk back after the show. I’d book again.
