A fantastic place to stay, well presented and equipped. The problem was that both ovens and grills need maintenance, which makes cooking for a large group difficult when they aren't working properly.

A great old house for self-catering groups of up to 16. It's a good base for tourists, or for a quieter family get-together or annual event. The location is handy, about a 20-minute walk from the town centre, with local pubs and amenities nearby.

The backyard gardens were a real treat, and my family enjoyed our holiday stay in this beautiful home. I'd definitely recommend it. Thank you!

This was our sixth visit to Newholme, and David's warm welcome and the comfort keep bringing us back. Stirling itself is about a 20-minute walk away, and it's a very pleasant one on a dry day. We had a great weekend and are already looking forward to returning again and again!

A spacious house, and you can walk into town.
