The main reason I wanted to write this was how friendly and helpful every staff member was, both at the Premier Inn and at the Brewer’s Fayre next door. The location is very handy, and our accessible twin room was just right.

If you need a stopover on the way into Glasgow, it might work, but the room gets roasting hot at night. Service was okay. Some staff were nice, while others really need to brush up on their customer service. The food was very average. There was a lot of hair on the bed, and the bathroom had lots of mould and felt sticky. It didn’t seem to have been cleaned in a while. I won’t book here again.

We only stayed overnight for an away ice hockey trip, arriving late and leaving early, so I can’t give a detailed review. The room was spacious, the beds were comfortable, and there were plenty of charging ports. Before our long journey, we had breakfast, which was warm and tasty. The staff were really friendly and helpful.

The staff were so welcoming and friendly, and nothing seemed too much trouble. Our room was clean, comfortable and had what we needed. We stayed two nights because it was close to Blair Drummond Safari Park, where we were going, and it’s also close to Stirling town. There’s a Brewer’s Fayre next door with fantastic food, and kids eat free at breakfast. We’ll definitely come back.

On my way up to Scotland a few weeks ago, I stayed here and got what I expect from a Premier Inn: clean rooms, fresh towels and beds already made. It’s in a good spot and wasn’t too noisy. The Brewer’s Fayre was great too, with polite, friendly staff. And, as usual, the Premier Inn breakfast had a good spread, which I always look forward to.
