The shared living room and all the little touches made the whole house feel cozy and homelike. We had cold milk for tea in our room, a portable light, bedside lamps with built-in charging ports, extra soft towels, biscuits, and sheep on different things around the rooms. Brian is easygoing, friendly, and clearly loves what he does. Best stay we’ve had in Scotland, and I can’t recommend it enough.

Even though our visit was brief, we really enjoyed staying at the Cruachan Stoer. The interior and design made it such a distinctive, inspiring place. We’re already looking forward to coming back and seeing what comes next.

We left happy and full after a lovely morning meal, and Brian was such a kind host who made sure we had plenty to eat and drink. The rooms, location, and service were all incredible. A brilliant stop if you’re doing the NC500, highly recommend it.

There aren’t many B&B options around here, so I stayed during my NC500 trip. Our room was clean, nicely decorated, and comfortable, and there’s a living room where you can relax. Breakfast is continental, with cereal, porridge, and eggs. Parking is on the street rather than off-road. I’d recommend the place.
