It felt like staying in my own home, and the house itself is great. The rooms are fantastic and spacious, with sleek en-suite bathrooms. The showers were the problem: cramped and disgusting. There was dirt, hair, crumbs between the sofa beds, and mold, so cleanliness is a major issue.

The bedrooms are spacious and there are plenty of bathrooms, but the cleanliness really let it down. The bathrooms were dirty, the rooms a bit dirty too, and someone had left a half-finished Mogu Mogu in the fridge. I could hear the neighbours all night, and the location felt sketchy. With better cleanliness, this would be a four-star place.

I can't find this place legally registered anywhere, which is very confusing. The Land Registry still lists it as a two-bedroom terraced house, and I couldn't find anything on Companies House or a council registration as a B&B or commercial property with a change of use. There's no commercial waste service, and the bins are left out all the time. Reviews on booking sites and TripAdvisor mention breakfast, but I couldn't find any registration for serving food. It says there are no parties, yet there seem to be parties every weekend. Multiple complaints have been made to the council, government and booking sites.

The place has nice rooms spread across three floors, with a TV and bathroom in every bedroom. But cleanliness was a serious problem, with dirt everywhere, dirty toilets, and a half-drunk Mogu Mogu in the fridge.
