Travelodge Stafford M6

I stayed here for just over a month, and the staff were honestly amazing. Everyone, including the housekeepers, went out of their way to help, and they took such good care of my cat. They were careful around her so they wouldn’t scare her, and they all loved her. The rooms were clean and tidy, the price was reasonable, and it was surprisingly quiet even though the hotel is at the M6 service station. With the services next door, you have what you need close by, including washing machines and dryers. Keith the manager is such a lovely guy and would do anything he could to help. I’d had a really bad experience at the other Travelodge in Stafford, where the manager was horrible, so having someone so nice here made a real difference. I knew Keith would sort out any staff issues, though I didn’t have any. I’d never stayed in a hotel before that other Travelodge, and I’d recommend this Travelodge M6 Stafford to anyone. A big thank you to all the lovely, caring staff for making me feel welcome and helping however they could. I can’t fault them. A couple of things could be improved, and I know this Travelodge is due an upgrade very soon. It would help to have plug sockets by the bed, though when I asked for an extension lead the staff gave me one straight away. Better lighting would help too. It’s a great place to stay.
