Breakfast was quite an event, with whiskey in the porridge! There’s a heated pool and outdoor space for relaxing, and from the top of town it’s an easy walk to lots of great gastro pubs for dinner. The staff were welcoming and friendly, and the rooms are first rate. What’s not to love about this wonderful boutique country hotel?

The full English breakfast and well stocked bar, including the humidor, added to our enjoyment, and the house champagne was excellent. The decor, furnishings and artwork were faultless. The rooms are stunning and effortlessly chic, but the personal touch made us feel at home. Thanks to Rasa for making the stay so enjoyable. We hope to return soon.

Cream teas on arrival were one of the lovely personal touches, and the place was beautifully decorated and well run. It’s a minute’s walk from the centre of stow on the wold, one of the better places to stay in the Cotswolds, in my view. We really enjoyed our stay and couldn’t ask for more. I’ll be back.

The couple made us feel wonderfully welcome throughout our stay. Breakfast was fantastic and absolutely faultless. The building is beautiful, decorated impeccably, and ideally located for Stow centre.

Our standard room was still fantastic, and the rooms and breakfast were amazing. The staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome and at home. Everything was first class. We’ll be back, and I’d recommend it to everyone. Thank you all for making our stay so great!
