Beech Lane Farmhouse

Coming back in the evening to the quiet farm after busy days in the city was just right for us. It's less than 30 minutes from Belfast and its sights and activities, with smaller towns nearby for a meal or a walk by the water. The farm surroundings are peaceful, full of lovely animals, and quiet at night, so we slept well and got a break from city noise. Our three-year-old loved the toy-filled playroom, which let us parents relax over a stress-free weekend. We stayed two nights and could happily have stayed much longer. We felt at home and so welcome, which is rare in a rental. Beech Lane Farmhouse exceeded my expectations, and we all had a fantastic, restful time. We loved everything, from the house and room to the bathroom, playroom, animals, host and surroundings. The room was spacious and comfortable, with everything we needed, more than many high-star hotels I've stayed in. The bed was huge, the bedding exceptionally comfortable, and everything was spotless and tidy. You could tell the host put a lot of effort into following the current guidelines.
