Cairnryan Bed And Breakfast

I travelled all the way from Somerset to Cairn Ryan for my work as a pet transporter, and needed somewhere to stay overnight. I’m glad I found this B&B. Pat communicated brilliantly and greeted me with her husband when I arrived in the pouring rain around 5.30pm. The room was very pleasing to look at, comfortable and had everything you’d expect, plus more. The price was very reasonable, and breakfast wasn’t expensive either. I’d planned to leave earlier than expected, so skipped my vegetarian Scottish breakfast and missed the chance to try the vegetarian haggis. It was still dark when I left, so I didn’t see the loch in daylight, which was a bit disappointing, though I’m sure it was beautiful. The owners were very welcoming. All in all, a top notch B&B, and I’d definitely stay again if I’m ever back that way. Thank you!

It felt like home from home, and we can’t wait to go back. Pat and Bill were wonderful hosts and served us a very tasty breakfast. The room was very comfortable and had a sea view, plus a fridge and even some sherry. It’s an ideal place to stay for the ferry services.

Pat made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived at Cairnryan B&B in beautiful Cairnryan, Scotland. Her warmth, kindness and hospitality came through every time we spoke, and she went above and beyond to make the stay comfortable and memorable. The B&B is charming, spotlessly clean and cozy, with a home away from home feel. It sits right on the shore of Loch Ryan, with a beautiful view of the Loch, and our lovely room had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We couldn’t stay for breakfast because we had to catch an early ferry, but Pat went out of her way to prepare a wonderful takeaway breakfast. I only wish we’d had time to try the home cooked breakfast too, which I’m sure would have been superb, fresh, delicious and perfectly prepared. The location is ideal for ferry travel and also a great base for exploring the local area. Pat was very helpful with recommendations and made sure we had what we needed for our adventures. We can’t recommend Cairnryan B&B highly enough for a comfortable, friendly stay with a wonderful host. Thank you, Pat, for making our trip to Scotland so special. We can’t wait to return.

The setting is absolutely stunning, and Pat and Bill are lovely hosts. Their home is beautiful, the accommodation is excellent, and breakfast was great. I can't recommend staying here enough.
