Emerald Stays UK at The Adelphi

Kate was a very friendly and helpful host. The bed was amazing, and the en-suite had hand wash, shower and hair wash. The bath towels were large. The aparthotel was warm and clean, with useful in-room things including a fridge, microwave, sink, teas, coffees, hot chocolate, crockery, iron and ironing board, hairdryer and hot water bottle. The location is ideal. Everything in town, including the station and key sights, is an easy walk, so there’s no need to use the car.

Room 3 got plenty of sunlight during the day, and the room was immaculate, comfortable and had the essentials close to hand, including tea, coffee and utensils. The Adelphi is very close to the city centre and Shakespeare's birthplace, with cafes and restaurants just a stone’s throw away. I really enjoyed my stay, highly recommend the accommodation and would definitely book again.

Kate was fantastic to deal with, replying straight away by email, text or WhatsApp. She helped with our request for an extra pillow, towels and a toaster if we wanted one. Nothing was too much trouble. We stayed in studio 3. The room was lovely and warm, with a huge comfy bed, and it was quiet outside. Access instructions were easy to follow. We couldn’t fault our stay. The location was fantastic, and it was very good value for money. Highly recommend.

The studio at the Adelphi Apart Hotel in Stratford-upon-Avon was spotless, comfortable and had everything I needed. It’s perfectly located near the town centre. There’s no staff on site, but they’re easy to contact by phone or message and always helpful. I had a great stay and would definitely come back.
