The staff were all friendly and helpful, and the hotel had a lovely atmosphere with nice decor. Our room was very comfortable and extremely clean, with quality toiletries and a good range of tea, coffee and hot chocolate. Reception can provide extra milk if you ask. Hotel Du Vin is right by the town and has a secure car park, which made the location really convenient. They offer a free bar drink if you choose the eco option and don't need your room cleaned. Even so, they made the bed and replaced our towels. Would highly recommend.

Ewa Wasiluk listened to what we wanted for our wedding reception and took care of every request. It was a small wedding, but the waiters and staff gave us fantastic service, and all our guests were happy with their delicious meals, served on time. We also booked the Belle Epoque room. It was beautifully appointed, enormous, and had lovely little touches, just what we wanted after the wedding. The reception at Hotel du Vin in Stratford upon Avon was brilliant. Thanks to everyone for making our day special! Adam & Hannah

The vegan full breakfast was a lovely surprise, since it's so rare to find. Great coffee too, and plenty of places nearby to park. We had a brilliant stay, with amazing staff and rooms. Thanks, all!

We had afternoon tea at this nice restaurant and chose the vegetarian option. The waitress was lovely and helpful, though the scones were so hard I couldn't eat them.

The whole staff were lovely and helpful, and the hotel was so peaceful and quiet. My wife and I stayed one night in the suite, which was perfect. We'll certainly be back.
