I've been staying here long term and would recommend it to anyone. Helena is a lovely owner, always smiling, and the rooms are clean and quiet, close to town. There's also a lovely pub right on the doorstep, with lots of outdoor seating and a child-friendly atmosphere. I've never had breakfast, by choice, so I can't comment on the food.

The breakfast was lovely, and the guest house was generally good value for money. The lady hosting was very accommodating, and our room, number 3, was clean. The mattress was too firm for both my partner and me, though, and we had hip and back pain from the second night onwards. The Tramway Inn is a three-minute walk away for a good pub meal and Sunday roast until 9pm, if you don't fancy the 15-minute stroll into the centre.

A fantastic guest house, with a warm welcome and a great breakfast. It's ideally placed for getting around Stratford and doing everything we wanted.

We booked at short notice for two nights and were made to feel welcome as soon as we arrived. It turned out to be a very good choice. The room was spacious, spotless, warm, and had an en suite and everything we needed. The bed was comfortable too. Breakfast was tasty and well prepared, first class. I'd recommend staying here, the five-star rating is well deserved.

The breakfast is stunning, and the rooms are always clean and tidy. The welcome is warm and friendly every time. Couldn't ask for more.
