We were here for a family wedding at the pavilion next door, and the accommodation felt like a home from home. The hosts were friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast was amazing. The room and bathroom were very clean, and the bed was comfortable. The COVID safety setup was the best I've seen since the pandemic started. I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a great base to explore the Highlands.

The location is ideal for travelling or sightseeing, yet wonderfully quiet. We spent a couple of nights here after our wedding and had the most peaceful, comfortable time unwinding. The bed was the most comfortable I've ever slept in, and the breakfast was delicious with fantastic choices. We felt so welcome and can't find anything to fault. We're already planning to come back. Thank you, Margaret and Arthur, for making us feel at home.

I've stayed here several times and keep coming back. The owners are lovely and couldn't do enough for us. The place is well priced, with great views and an ideal location. The room was superb, very clean and nicely presented, with comfortable beds and absolutely everything you need. The breakfasts are fantastic too. Photo shows the view from Craigvar.
