Rysa House B&B

The place was spotless, and our large room had a separate bathroom. It's a beautiful home and B&B with fantastic views. The couple who own and run it, Maria and Keith, were lovely and nothing was too much trouble. There were two beautiful, shy cats. I managed to stroke one, which slept on a chair on the landing. The continental breakfast had plenty of choices, served in a very comfortable sitting room overlooking the coastline.

The rooms were spacious, spotless, and had separate bathrooms. Breakfast was continental, with everything we needed and then some. The couple who own and run the B&B were so lovely, and the house has beautiful views. We only spotted one of the two very shy cats on our last day. If we came back, we'd definitely stay again.

Marie made our stay, she was wonderful and went out of her way to help us. The views were incredible: fog made everything feel mystical, and clear weather made it magical. It's a great little B&B, though a bit tricky to find at first, especially without your own car. Marie's directions were excellent. We couldn't have been happier.

We wished we'd booked more time here. It's quiet and comfortable, with a stunning view down to the sea, and makes a lovely spot to unwind or explore the island. You'll need a car or at least a taxi since it's a fair way out of town, but the peaceful scenery is the payoff.
