We were in town for the half marathon at sutton Park, about a 10 minute drive away, and it was handy having lovely green space nearby. There’s also a hand car wash right on the doorstep, which we used while exploring. The place was spotless, from the clean smell at the first entrance door to our tidy room and good sized bathroom. The bed was comfy, and despite being right in the middle of a busy street with bars and every sort of food, the room was really quiet. There’s a good sized communal kitchen too. Convenient, clean and tidy, and great value for money. Thank you.

It’s around half an hour by bus to Birmingham city centre and a 15 minute walk from the train station. The location made it easy to get to public transport, shops and restaurants. My room matched its description and had all the essentials. Great value for money, and I definitely recommend staying here.

I’ve stayed here a few times for business and would recommend it to people like me. The rooms are basic but clean, with en suite bathrooms. There’s a communal kitchen with pots, plates, glasses and the like. Takeaways, pubs and shops are just steps away, parking is ample and free, and the WiFi is strong.

The place was great and better than we expected. We were made to leave early because we were foolish and plainly disregarded the house rules. Even so, that only strengthened my opinion. Five stars for being well managed and treating us fairly. Thanks for your time. Would LOVE TO SPEND MORE TIME AT SAID PROPERTY. THX
