We came for just one night, but would gladly have stayed longer. The owners made us feel welcome in their beautiful, very comfortable house, which is within walking distance of Swaffham village. Breakfast was superb: a cooked meal, handmade bread, cereals, nuts, yoghurts and freshly squeezed orange juice. Marcia and John are interesting people and excellent hosts.

Marcia and John were welcoming and knew a lot about the local area, and their homemade breakfasts were fantastic. We had a wonderful three-night stay in a peaceful corner of Swaffham. The garden was beautiful and calm, and having a private living room felt like an extra luxury. The bed was very comfortable. We'll definitely be back!

It felt like staying with old friends. Marcia and John were so friendly and helpful during our three nights there. We had a spacious bedroom and bathroom, plus a lounge and dining room for our sole use. Breakfast had plenty of choice, and we especially recommend the homemade bread. We were also welcome to bring food in later in the day. With social distancing in place, it was reassuring that there's only one B&B room. There were four books by JD March in the bedroom, and I can't wait to read number 5. Many thanks, we'll definitely return.

We stayed for two nights while visiting my son, his wife and my new granddaughter. Marsha and John were an absolute joy as hosts. Having our own lounge was lovely, and we ate breakfast facing the garden each morning. It was the best stay I've had in a long time.

The garden was beautiful and the location so quiet and calm. Marcia and John were hospitable and accommodating, and breakfast had a wide choice alongside the freshly cooked food. The shower was excellent, and let's not forget the two friendly canine hosts!
