Premier Inn Swansea Waterfront

The hotel is about a 10-minute walk from the town centre, and parking is easy and fairly cheap, currently £6 for 24 hours. The rooms were tidy and well maintained. The heat was a problem, though. The lobby and every hallway were very warm, and both rooms had the AC set to 28°. It was disgustingly hot when we first went in, but once we turned the AC down it worked and things were okay.

I've stayed here several times and would recommend it. The rooms are clean and tidy, with comfortable beds and a comfortable temperature. It may seem a little out of town, but central Swansea is only about a 10-minute walk away. Breakfast staff were friendly and welcoming, and the food was what you'd expect from a budget hotel, but it was cooked and presented well. Parking is next door. You can pay with the RingGo app, though this isn't advertised in the car park and costs more than cash. Cash is £6 for 24 hours. It ticks all the boxes for me.

Gina at check-in was excellent and a real credit to the hotel. The location is great, just a pleasant short walk to town, with plenty of parking next door for £6 per 24 hours, payable by card or cash. There's also a Tesco Express joined to the hotel. Breakfast was surprisingly good for only £10. The room was standard PI, with basic amenities, a comfortable bed and good firm pillows. The bathroom was very scruffy and needs a serious update.

This was our second stay, so I knew where to park this time. The room was clean and lovely, the beds were comfortable, and we liked the little note and other thoughtful extras. It got a little warm in the evening. Breakfast was okay, though I wish they'd change the sausages. They weren't very nice, even though they were cooked well. The breakfast is a bargain for big families, but with just one adult and a child, it feels like we're paying for larger families to eat, so to speak. We also had to wait a good while for an egg when they ran out. That's not the staff's fault, some people do get greedy with these things. Lovely stay overall, and the staff were friendly. Thank you.
