I booked for the early May Bank Holiday weekend back in February. When I arrived, the place had been left unlocked, so anyone could walk in and get to the rooms. I tried calling the owner several times, then sent a WhatsApp message to say I had a reservation. Only then did they finally reply that my booking wasn't in their system and they were fully booked. At 7pm on a busy bank holiday weekend in the City, I had to find somewhere else to stay. There was no apology or phone call, and the messages from the owner showed no sincerity. I don't normally write reviews like this, but the poor communication and lack of professionalism were completely unacceptable. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone staying in or around Swansea. Go elsewhere.

Nicest host ever! We spilled curry on the bedding and messaged her late at night to ask for fresh sheets. She came out at 1am and sorted it all out for us.
