Friendly, polite staff and rooms that could use a little touching up. You get what you pay for. Brewers fayre is across the car park, with okay food at a decent price. The locals were very loud at the bar and used some colourful language, so it wasn't for young ears. Without the local yobs there, it would have been a nice evening.

We always choose the Premier Inn Swindon Central when we come back to Swindon to see friends and family. It feels like a home from home, with friendly, helpful staff, free tea and coffee, and comfortable, spacious rooms. Mel and Jane, I think that's right, the blonde lady, are especially welcoming. It's conveniently located for us, with easy parking and a pub and restaurant opposite. See you again soon.

It's a standard Premier Inn, perhaps a little dated, but clean, tidy, and does the job. The town centre is convenient to reach, and free parking is a massive bonus in Swindon. The Brewers Fayre next door serves better breakfasts than most budget hotels.

Our room was spacious, clean, and tidy, with a self-service tea and coffee tray, shower over the bath, hair dryer, and room heater. There's no air conditioning. The receptionist was quick, polite, and helpful. The hotel sits on an industrial estate near a busy road, so it can be fairly noisy at peak times, but the double glazing shuts most of it out. We haven't tried the food at the adjacent Brewers Fayre yet, though the menu looks good and fairly priced.

A very comfortable hotel and a lovely bed. I had a great night's sleep. It's child friendly, and the parking is secure.
