Stopped in for lunch with my husband today. What a beautiful place, and the food was amazing. The young woman who served us was so polite and welcoming. Five stars all the way 😁

We only came for dinner, and it was pretty disappointing. The meal felt very average for a place like this. The woman from Ukraine was pleasant and efficient, and the service was good, but the older woman came across a bit sour.

We found the food and hospitality fabulous, and locals come here to eat and drink. The rooms were clean and spacious, but the mattresses were poor, with springs you could feel. Shower water pressure was low.

We were a group of 16 on a golf trip. Food and service were excellent, and the rooms were large. As with older properties, though, sound insulation was lacking. Most of the staff were very helpful and polite. I’d recommend it if you need to stay in the area.

The Sunday roast was poor, and the staff weren’t friendly. Then the bill was much higher than the menu price: almost £29 for two courses instead of £22, with expensive drinks as well. The restaurant was nearly empty when we stopped in for dinner, and I can see why. Avoid it.
