The guest house is in a beautiful setting and has a great location. Our rooms were thoughtfully designed, the breakfast was very good, and there was plenty of parking. Everything was well maintained. We got a warm welcome from a lovely family, and they were friendly throughout. Nothing felt like too much trouble. I’d happily come back for another pleasant weekend. Highly recommended for families, couples, or a group of friends.

Paul and Sharon treated us more like friends than guests, and the hospitality was wonderful. Breakfast was delicious and everything was catered for. They even went out of their way to get dairy-free milk, butter and Yoghurt for my sister, which we really appreciated. We’ll be back in summer and would definitely recommend staying here. Thank you!

It felt like a home away from home. The hosts live on site and were friendly and accommodating with all our needs. The house was clean, tastefully decorated and well equipped, with lots of nice touches that made the stay even better. There’s safe, secure parking on site. I’d highly recommend Stay at no.2 over a hotel or B+B if you’re visiting this part of the world.

The cosy rooms, lovely setting and helpful hosts made a good impression. The breakfast, though, came in cartons as a provisional arrangement due to the covid situation. That really didn’t fit the atmosphere of the house, and I’m sure there are better ways to handle it.
