The staff were professional and welcoming, and breakfast was good. Our room was clean, had everything we needed, and all the electrics worked. The coffee tray was well stocked, and the towels were clean and fluffy. The only snag was that the window lock didn't work. I'd always stayed at Premier Inns before, but after this comfortable, good-value stay, I'll look at Marston's in future. Thanks for a good visit.

We had a good evening meal and breakfast, with very friendly staff for both. I stayed one night, and the room was clean and comfortable, with the basic amenities I needed. The staff were helpful, and check-in and check-out were quick and easy.

We were here for a dance competition, and the staff made the girls feel really special. They found us somewhere to practise and were incredibly kind and helpful throughout. Nothing felt like too much trouble. We'd definitely stay here again.

The bed and pillows were very comfortable, so I slept well. The room itself was basic but clean, and check-in and check-out were easy. The hotel is a little way from central Telford, but its pub and restaurant served extremely good food. I was there for work and would stay again if needed. My only letdown was the empty shower gel dispenser, so I had to use the one by the washbasin.

After a long walk around the Ercall, I stopped for a cold drink. The place was clean and the staff friendly, but the drinks were massively overpriced. It came to over £15 for a tap cider and two Pepsis. If I hadn't been so thirsty, I probably would've left.
