I booked lunch for my dad’s birthday, and my parents had a wonderful time. Dad enjoyed the flatiron steak, Mum had the fish and chips, and they shared apple pie for dessert. They were given a lovely corner table with a view, and the service was friendly from start to finish. Using the gift voucher at the end was seamless too. Thanks for giving them such a nice lunchtime treat :)

The home-cooked food was nice, and the fishcakes were lovely. The child’s pasta portion was very small, though, and might have been better with some garlic bread. My only gripe is the automatic 10% service charge. I asked to have it removed and that was no problem, but I prefer to choose what to tip.

We had lunch in the bar with friends, looking out towards the river. The pub was really busy, yet the service was impeccable and the staff were super-friendly. The food was very good and reasonably priced, and the Butcombe bitter was as good as ever. We’ll certainly return in the spring, highly recommended!

The garden and river view was gorgeous, and the atmosphere felt warm and welcoming. We’ve just had a fabulous Sunday lunch at Fleet Inn. The food was tasty and beautifully presented, and the service was excellent. We’ll definitely be back as soon as we can. Very well done indeed, Fleet Inn 👍🏻

The staff at the Fleet Inn were fantastic and friendly, with plenty of food and drinks to choose from. We had a lovely warm room with a comfortable bed and everything we needed, plus amazing views across Avon from the bedroom window. Breakfast was delicious, as were both evening meals, cooked to perfection. We had a wonderful stay and hope to return soon. Many thanks to the staff for making it such a great time.
