A clean, friendly campsite and a really peaceful getaway. Good pub food is about a 10-20 min drive away.

A quiet countryside spot, with somewhere to walk the dogs. The caravan site has what you need if you’re after a relaxing break away.

The team work hard to keep the site tidy, welcoming and well maintained. The toilets were always clean, which matters a lot to me when camping, and the showers were consistently warm or hot. The family shower and toilet unit in the utility room was brilliant for getting our three young children showered one after another in the same place. Our three also loved cycling and scooting around, and the middle field’s football goals were much appreciated. The little dog walking area was handy too. The friendly staff have recently taken over the site. We chatted with them each day and got lots of useful local knowledge and advice. We loved Newgale & Marloes Sands, both dog friendly, and couldn’t believe how empty they were. Thanks for such an enjoyable stay. We’d certainly recommend it to others. 😊

The area has great beaches and other attractions, and Little Haven Beach is only a couple of miles away on foot or by bike. There are three excellent pubs there, so ask the warden! We also found the little bar next door, through a pedestrian gate into the residential site, very convenient. It serves tasty, very reasonably priced meals and snacks. Our group of 21, 8 adults and 13 kids, stayed in 4 tents and a caravan. This is an excellent medium sized campsite, with a well kept area, electric hook ups at every pitch and plenty of water taps. The facilities were in good condition and plentiful: washing machine and dryer, iron, microwave, two huge chest freezers for guests to use, plus the usual toilets and free showers. There’s also a good shop that sells gas. My daughter noticed there wasn’t any play equipment on arrival, but didn’t mention it again and had a great time. There’s plenty of open space for kids and football goals too. The on site warden is very helpful and knows the local area well, especially the pubs, their prices and their ale selections. I wouldn’t hesitate to return.
