As Pa Larkin would say, “Perfic!” We spent two lovely weeks here with my husband and our two large dogs. The flat was small but never felt cramped, and it was bright, airy, clean and comfortable, with everything we needed. The hosts were a pleasure to stay with and nothing was too much trouble. I've stayed in lots of places over the years, including the Imperial Hotel, and can honestly say Kelso House is a five-star stay. It's close to all the amenities, and the hosts are very pleasant. Would I recommend it? Yes, yes, yes. I'll definitely be back.

It was a comfortable flat for my family, warm and tidy, and very clean. All the kitchen appliances were new. The owners were friendly and accommodating, and we'll definitely return.

I've stayed twice and it's great accommodation, very clean, with great owners. Cleveleys is within walking distance, so there's no need to go into Blackpool. The beach is only minutes away on foot, and it's really quiet at night. Lidl and Aldi are opposite, with a tram stop nearby. Pet-friendly too. 10/10 :)

Sandra and Koos looked after our every need from the moment we arrived and made us feel so welcome. They're wonderful people, and I'd definitely go back at the first chance I get. Kelso is clean and immaculate, and by far one of the nicest places we've stayed. I can't recommend it highly enough, do yourself a favor and stay there.

My sister and I spent the weekend here and enjoyed our stay very much. The flat was spacious and close to facilities. I'd definitely come again, especially in summer, when I think it would be lovely.
