The staff I met were friendly, helpful and always up for a chat. The attached Beefeater was good too, and I can’t fault its staff either. Another handy thing is having THREE different supermarkets just a stone’s throw away, so it’s easy to pick up whatever you need. My room felt like home, with plenty of space and a very comfortable bed that gave me a brilliant night’s sleep. The room and bathroom were very clean, with no issues. The only thing that let it down was a few holes and rips in the curtains. Otherwise, it was a very pleasant stay, and I’d definitely stay again if I’m back in Bristol for business.

The check-in was easy, either at the desk or by machine, and the staff were good. There’s a Beefeater next door. We’d come back if we were in the area. This is a modern hotel on Bristol’s outskirts, close to Parkway and Filton Abbey Wood stations. Our superior room was on the fourth floor and came with extras like a mini fridge, flat phone charger and coffee machine. The bed was comfortable as always, and the view was good. It’s on a retail park, with other retail parks and most shops nearby, so there’s little need to go into Bristol centre if you don’t have to. The one concern is that the windows don’t open. There is air conditioning, but it could get very warm in summer. I’d bring a fan.

Our room was clean to start with, and the bed was nice, so that part was fine. The staff we spoke to were friendly, but the hotel seemed extremely understaffed. We stayed five nights and, despite asking reception repeatedly, the room wasn’t cleaned once. We also had a medical emergency and called an ambulance. We couldn’t get through to reception to let them know paramedics were coming up, so they were briefly stuck at reception.

I stayed two nights while travelling and working locally. The room was clean and had what I needed. The bed and pillows were comfortable, and the shower was hot with good pressure. Staff were very friendly and professional. I’d stay again and recommend it.

We picked this hotel because Bristol Parkway, where we arrived by train, is about a 15-minute walk away. Self check-in worked well. The room was at the usual high, consistent Premier Inns standard, and all the fittings, including the bathroom, were fine. It was very clean and well kept, and there was no outside noise.
