Premier Inn Tonbridge

The room was super clean, and breakfast in the restaurant was excellent. All the staff were great, especially Lucy, who went above and beyond to arrange a last-minute early check-in and even got us a map with directions into town. A lovely stay at this hotel.

I had an absolutely horrible experience. There were bugs in the beds in my room and my colleagues’ rooms, and they were crawling in the bathtub and on the walls. Reception arranged for the room to be cleaned and the bedding changed, but the bugs came back. They offered me another room, but I had to wait 4 hours for the cleaning staff to arrive and prepare it because nobody was there to clean it. I asked if they could find a room at another nearby premier inn branch, but they said no and that everywhere nearby was fully booked. I had to look for other hotels myself. I found another premier inn 15 mins away, which was clean and really good, with very nice and helpful staff.

After a long journey, we all got a great night’s sleep. A wonderful place to stay, with clean rooms.

The restaurant at the pub across the way was excellent, and the staff there were friendly and responsive. The room and bed were the usual quality, and very comfortable.
