The cellar is the real highlight: it's been turned into a soundproofed hangout with a huge TV, karaoke machine, massive sofas, a vintage-style jukebox and a full poker set. We could sing at 1 am without worrying about the noise. We were here with friends for my wife's birthday, and everything was perfect from start to finish. The house is in a beautiful little village that feels like an iconic English village. Inside, it's luxurious, with big rooms, lovely bedrooms, super-comfy beds, a dream modern kitchen and characterful design. The kitchen has all the equipment and utensils you could think of, plus a big fridge with an ice maker. Outside, there's a lovely sun-trap garden and a big table for relaxing with friends. Five stars, whether you're having a party, a weekend away or business time.

My husband, our six-month-old daughter and I had an amazing weekend there with friends. The rooms were lovely and comfortable, and the accommodation is child-friendly, with plenty of baby and children's facilities like cribs and high chairs. The hosts were wonderful. I'd highly recommend the Bull at Brenchley.

A lovely country spot with great hosts and staff. The food was beautifully cooked using locally sourced ingredients. There was a wonderful range of coffee, tea, beers, wine and more, though I didn't get to try everything this time.

The luxury rooms impressed all our guests, and everyone loved the cinema room and comfortable shared space. That beautiful, comfortable table is where so many happy memories were made. Debbie and Rob went well beyond their duties to make my husband's 50th birthday and our wedding-vow renewal special. I can't thank them enough for liaising with the caterers and celebrant, letting me visit beforehand and helping arrange a gin tasting at the little bull next door one evening. I'm happy to be a verbal reference for anyone considering a stay.

The setting in the pretty, historic village of Brenchley has a lovely atmosphere. The food and coffee are great, and the staff are friendly. They let you relax and chat with friends without any hassle. Love this place.
