We had a few lovely pints, then tried the amazing Thai street food joined to the pub. The salt and pepper squid was unbelievable. The staff were so friendly and couldn't have done more for us. It's hard to find a proper pub with the whole lot these days, but this place has it. Great experience, and I can't wait to watch football here once we're further out of lockdown. 11/10.

Well-kept garden, good-sized, and covered seating for when it rains. They pour a perfect pint, too. Friendly owners and staff make this a perfect local pub. 10/10, whether you're having a drink on your own or coming with family, especially when the Thai food is on.

Two Sunday roasts cost £14 and were very tasty, great value too. The staff made us feel welcome, and they make a lovely mug of tea. Thanks!

The new guys running the two Brewers are really friendly with the punters. We've had one of our best years ever at the pub, with great food and fine wine. Simon and the team have put on some great entertainment, from quiz nights and karaoke to fancy dress, and the atmosphere has improved. I hope they stay a long time. They're just what the village needs to bring back community spirit. Would highly recommend. Sue

There are four real ales straight from the cask, plus lagers, ciders and a selection of wines. The pub changed hands to new people on 11th February, and food is being served: steak night with a bottle of wine for £24.50 on Wednesdays, fish and chips on Fridays, and two Sunday roasts for £15. A new carvery is coming soon. Old and new customers are welcome, and it's dog-friendly.
