The welcome was warm and friendly, and the room was clean with a comfy bed. There were lots of thoughtful little touches that made it feel homely. It’s also easy to walk into town or down to the sea. I’d happily recommend it.

We had a spacious, lovely room for our weekend in Torquay, and the beach was only about 10 minutes away. Clair and Hedley were great hosts. We’ll definitely be back.

The rooms were really tidy and clean, and the location made everything easy: the seafront was a five-minute walk, there was a Co-op around the corner, and two nice restaurants nearby. My family and I stayed a few weeks ago, and Claire and Hedley were so friendly and welcoming. We’ll be back soon!

Our dogs were just as happy here as we were, and we’ve already booked for next year. The hosts, Hedley & Clair, made us feel very welcome and were always happy to help. Everything was spotless, the beds were comfortable, and it was quick and easy to get to the beach, town centre, and park. We appreciated every part of our holiday. Thank you!

Flat 5 was a great base for our two nights, with a cosy sitting room and dining area and everything we needed. We booked through Hotels.com. It’s a top-floor apartment in a brilliant spot, with the beach just down the road for a swim before or after the Dart 10K. The drive to the start at Totnes took only 20 minutes. We wished we’d stayed longer to see more of the area.
